Enrico is also an adjunct Professor for the University of Detroit Mercy, College of Business Administration, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) serving as CHAIR of the Custom Border Patrol Liaison Committee for AILA's Michigan Chapter and a member of the Canada–U.S. Business Association (CUSBA). Enrico has advised large and small U.S. and Canadian employers nationwide regarding the hiring and retaining of foreign workers such as business managers, executives, technical personnel, investors, university professors and researchers, medical doctors and other health care professionals, and professionals in the hospitality industry. Addressing the challenges associated with cross-border living, and investing, Enrico: Enrico's unique abilities and experience on both sides of the U.S./Canadian border in business, immigration and law distinguishes him as a multi-disciplined counselor. Able to formulate business and legal strategies from business formation through dissolution, Enrico is able to effectively communicate and bridge gap between multiple and, at times, conflicting legal, business, immigration and financial disciplines. Robin Siegel, Esq., the firm founder and principal, has practiced in the area of immigration law for over 10 years. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Honors from Wayne State University and cum laude from Wayne State School of Law. After Law School, she clerked for the Hon. Ralph Freeman (deceased), United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She has taught Legal Research and Writing at the University of Detroit -Mercy School of Law and is a member of the Michigan Bar and of American Immigration Lawyer���s Association.
Sandra Gross, Esq., graduated from Wayne State University with Honors, and cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. She taught Legal Research and Writing at the Wayne State University Law School, worked as a staff attorney for Michigan Bell Telephone Company, and clerked for the Michigan Court of Appeals. She has practiced in the immigration field for 5 years, and is a member of the Michigan Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Candie Tou Clement, Esq. has practiced as an immigration attorney in Michigan for over eight years. She graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a bachelor���s degree and earned her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. She has published two newsletter articles on immigration issues. Ms. Clement speaks Mandarin Chinese. She is a member of the Michigan Bar and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
