Mr. Wooley is the chairman of the Immigration Law practice group. Mike specializes in business immigration and represents numerous U.S. employers and alien professionals in the health care and manufacturing industries, as well as in the higher education and information technologies sectors. Mike also has experience representing immigration clients in professional and semi-professional sports. He regularly lectures on immigration issues to interested groups. He has also made several television appearances and been featured in the Saginaw News on a variety of legal topics.
Mike is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the U.S. Tax Court and all courts of the State of Michigan.
OF SPECIAL INTEREST
Mike is fluent in oral and written Spanish and has assisted clients negotiating telecommunications and commercial contracts in Latin America and Spain. He regularly provides clients with Spanish language translation and interpreter services. Mike lectures on immigration issues to interested groups and has given immigration law presentations at Ave Maria School of Law for several years.
